The Governing Council of the Pompeu Fabra University agreed at its session on February 17, 2016 the Regulations for access and admission to UPF official undergraduate education of students from educational systems of non-member states of the European Union. The intention of promoting access to the University of said group of students and thus favoring internationalization in the classrooms. The 2018 call is, as a whole, very similar to the 2017 call.

Degree studies: call for admission of students with started university studies. Ordinary call 2018
This is a means for admission to undergraduate studies at Pompeu Fabra University (and ELISAVA, since it is an affiliated centre) who have started official university studies in Spain and wish to change university or their official university studies, and for students who have started or completed university studies abroad but have not obtained official recognition for their qualification in Spain. It is necessary to meet the requirements stated in the academic rules for degree courses (article 8.3), approved by the Government Board on 9th July 2008, and modified by agreement of the Government Board on 13th July 2011, 9th May and 7th November 2012, 17th February, 6th July 2016 and 26rd April 2017.
Candidates must submit the application form and address it to ELISAVA's School of Design and Engineering academic director, and hand it in personally in the Academic Administration Department (from Tuesday 3 to Friday 20 of April 2018, inclusive. From 08 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.).
