Lecture from Callum Lumsden and Leigh Stevenson about Retail Design

Two renowned professionals from the Retail Design field, both of them from London and well recognized internationally, Callum Lumsden and Leigh Stevenson, coincides this Thursday in ELISAVA for giving a lecture together about ‘Travel Retail: Museum Shops’.

Callum Lumsden, creative director of Lumsden Design, is a specialist in Retail Design for museums and leisure areas, and among his clients you may find the MoMA from New York, the Abbey Road Studio in London, the Tate Modern or the Warner Bros, for which he designed Harry Potter universe recreations. 

Leigh Stevenson, on the other hand, is the founder of Stevenson & Co Ltd, a studio specialized in designing shops in any sort of cultural institution, collection or institution. He has worked, among others, for the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the British Museum or the Canadian Parliament.

Both designers will talk about the designing process of shops in museums, different success stories and new formats in the sector.
