Like every year around this time, the School's Theatre Groupe adapts a classic play... in its own way. This time is not an exception. 'Romeo and Juliet', the story of an impossible love created by Shakespeare has been adapted to modern times, introducing daily life-references, a tragicomic and street style and even trap music. We're not going to give you more details... just remember that this is most expected theatrical event of the year, don't miss it!
The adaptation has been written by Mónica Molins, who co-directs the play together with the theatre director Joan Yago. As always, the set design has been created by the students of the Master in Set Design.
The play will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of May at 7:30 p.m. at ELISAVA's yard.
You can book your free ticket (maximum 4 per person) from today Wednesday 25 of April in the afternoon, at the Unitat de Gestió Acadèmica (1st floor).
This is the twelfth theatrical play that ELISAVA's Theatre Troupe presents, which has a long tradition and includes students and teachers of the School.
